Terms of Use (Public Offer)

This document is a public offer (the “Terms”) governing the use of the “Screaming Screen” mobile application (the “App”) and the purchase of its paid “PRO” version. By installing the App or making a purchase, you (the “User”) accept these Terms in full.

1. Definitions

• “Provider” — Artem Morozov, e-mail: [email protected].
• “App” — the “Screaming Screen” mobile application that displays user-entered text across the full screen of the device.
• “PRO” — the paid upgrade of the App providing unlimited full-screen display time for all effects (animations, premium fonts, attention flashes, and future features), purchased as a one-time payment.

2. Subject

The Provider grants the User a simple (non-exclusive) license to use the App. The core functionality is provided free of charge. PRO is provided after payment.

3. Payment

1. PRO is purchased as a one-time in-app payment processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
2. The price is shown in the store interface before the purchase is confirmed and may vary by region and currency.
3. The Provider does not receive or store the User's payment details; payment processing is performed by the app store.
4. PRO is not a subscription and involves no recurring charges.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled under the rules of the respective app store (Apple App Store / Google Play). Refund requests are submitted by the User directly to the store.

5. Rights and restrictions

1. The User may use the App on any number of their own devices linked to their store account.
2. Decompiling, modifying, or distributing the App without the Provider's written consent is prohibited.
3. The User is solely responsible for the content of the messages they display and for complying with applicable law while using the App.

6. Limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is”. The Provider is not liable for indirect damages, nor for increased battery drain or device heating during prolonged display at maximum brightness. Warning: blinking and flashing modes may be unsafe for people with photosensitive epilepsy.

7. Personal data

The App does not collect personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

8. Final provisions

1. The Provider may amend these Terms by publishing a new version at screamingscreen.artembo.com/offer.html. The new version takes effect upon publication.
