The short version

Screaming Screen does not collect, store, or share any personal data. Period.

What stays on your device

Everything you configure in the app — your message text, colors, fonts, animation, theme and language choices, and the number of remaining free runs — is stored locally on your device and never leaves it. Deleting the app deletes this data.

What we don't do

• No accounts, no sign-in.
• No analytics or tracking SDKs.
• No advertising, no ad identifiers.
• No access to your contacts, photos, location, or microphone.
• No data sent to our servers — the app works fully offline.

Purchases

The PRO upgrade is processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details. Purchase receipts are handled by the store under its own privacy policy.

Permissions

The app adjusts screen brightness while a banner is displayed and restores it afterwards. This happens on-device and involves no data collection.

This website

The app collects nothing. This website (screamingscreen.artembo.com) uses Google Analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful. Google Analytics may set cookies and process your IP address under Google's privacy policy. This applies to the website only — never to the app.

Children

The app does not collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be published at this address with an updated date.
